We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Manager to oversee the full execution flow of our ORM and SEO content delivery system.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Ensuring all review orders are processed correctly
* Managing SEO service execution for ongoing client packages and one-time SEO orders (like those under our SEO Vibez brand)
* Coordinating tasks with the content, tech, and outreach teams
* Making sure reviews and SEO work drive real search engine value
* Maintaining a clear and efficient workflow structure

This is a back-end operations role — focused on workflow execution, quality control, and internal coordination.
No direct client communication required.
