The role of Senior Lawyer / White Label Stream involves providing legal support for White Label projects in the fields of iGaming, IT, and FinTech. The specialist will develop legal strategies for partner projects, conduct due diligence (reviewing partners, counterparties, and assets), and prepare the necessary documentation. An important part of the work will be ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, as well as structuring legal entities for the successful implementation of projects.

Responsibilities

Legal support for White Label projects (iGaming, IT, FinTech sectors).
Development and implementation of legal strategies in partner projects.
Conducting legal due diligence: reviewing partners, counterparties, and assets.
Preparing documentation within the framework of partner projects.

Requirements

5–7 years of legal work experience.
Experience in iGaming.
Higher legal education (Master’s degree) in international, corporate, or commercial law.
Experience supporting partnership projects, joint venture agreements, or investment transactions.
Experience working within jurisdictions with developed legal regulation (Cyprus, EU, UK, Singapore, etc.).
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level).

Working Conditions

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Work format: Remote.
