Job Description

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and fast-learning Full-Time – Permanent- Real Estate Office Admin. Manager with strong administrative skills to join our Larnaca branch.

📅 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities:
• Uploading real estate listings to the company website.
• Creating accurate and engaging property descriptions.
• Managing updates with developers and property owners.
• Maintaining records and ensuring information is always up to date.
• Supporting daily office administration tasks.
• Assisting with social media posting and basic content design.

Requirements:
• Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
• Any additional language is a strong advantage.
• Previous office administration experience is a plus.
• Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong social media and basic design skills.
• Highly diligent, fast-learning, reliable, and detail-focused.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
