Office Administration Manager – ARENA PROPERTIES – Paralimni Branch – Real Estate Office

We are seeking on Part-Time basis – Year round, a diligent, detail-oriented, and fast-learning Office Administrator with sharp administrative skills to join our Paralimni Real Estate Office.

📅 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 14:00

Key Responsibilities:
• Uploading real estate listings to the company website.
• Creating accurate and engaging property descriptions.
• Managing updates with developers and property owners.
• Maintaining records and ensuring information is always up to date.
• Supporting daily office administration tasks.
• Assisting with social media posting and basic content design.

Requirements:
• Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
• Any additional language will be considered a strong bonus.
• Office administration experience will be considered a bonus.
• Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong social media skills and basic design abilities.
• Must be highly diligent, fast-learning, sharp, reliable, and detail-focused.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
