Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the salon;
• Manage client appointments and scheduling through the Altegio system;
• Promote and sell salon services and retail products (upselling and cross-selling);
• Maintain and grow the client database;
• Provide professional consultations about salon services and products;
• Handle customer checkouts and manage cash desk reporting;
• Prevent and resolve customer service issues and complaints;
• Maintain internal documentation and reports;
• Coordinate the work of salon specialists;
• Deliver and maintain a consistently high level of customer service.
Requirements:
• Experience working with Yclients / Altegio systems will be an advantage;
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrator or customer service manager;
• Excellent communication skills, including interaction with VIP clients;
• Proven sales and upselling skills;
• Confident computer user (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.);
• English language proficiency (B1 level or higher);
• Professional and well-groomed appearance;
• Genuine interest in growth and development within the beauty and wellness industry.
