Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Sales Administrator to provide administrative support throughout the sales and service lifecycle for our business customers. This role focuses on managing sales documentation, maintaining accurate customer records, and coordinating internal processes to ensure smooth operations. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate order processing, high-quality customer data, timely communication, and effective issue resolution, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders accurately and on schedule, meeting customer expectations and internal deadlines.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain sales-related documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and related records, ensuring they are complete and easily retrievable.
  • Verify and maintain accurate customer details across contracts, payment documentation, and order information.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and guide clients to appropriate onboarding and support resources.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries related to additional services, upgrades, and account requests.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve customer issues, documenting actions and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Service Delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of customer information, orders, and requirements.
  • Coordinate communication across departments to support efficient workflows and timely fulfilment.
  • Escalate unresolved or critical customer issues to the Commercial Operations Manager as required.
  • Provide regular updates to the Business Sales Coordinator Team Leader on outstanding cases, actions taken, and progress toward resolution.
  • Support administrative tasks and special projects related to sales initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Update internal systems promptly with customer changes and interactions, maintaining accurate and complete records.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service coordination, or an administrative role within a business-to-business environment will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or similar business applications will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
