Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external parties
  • Handle the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing employment contracts, and onboarding new hires
  • Coordinate training programs, including invitations, logistics, and post-training evaluations
  • Prepare, review, and update HR documents, policies, and procedures as needed
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain related records
  • Manage paperwork and updates for maternity, paternity, sick leave, and HRDA forms
  • Coordinate and participate in company events and employee engagement activities
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant HR experience will be considered an advantage
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with HR systems is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Cyprus labor law and HR practices, willingness to learn and apply them
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor
