Responsibilities:
-Manage incoming leads (no cold calling) and convert them into active clients.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
-Present company products and services effectively to potential clients.
-Handle negotiations and close deals with a high conversion rate.
-Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
-Maintain records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
-Cooperate with colleagues and management to improve sales processes and strategies.

Requirements:
-Fluency in Polish
-Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management (preferably)
-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Ambition, motivation, and the ability to work under pressure.
-Charismatic personality and a results-driven mindset.
-Valid work permit for Cyprus (visa sponsorship is not provided).
