Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes
- Maintain and update employee records accurately
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external parties
- Handle the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing employment contracts, and onboarding new hires
- Coordinate training programs, including invitations, logistics, and post-training evaluations
- Prepare, review, and update HR documents, policies, and procedures as needed
- Administer employee benefits and maintain related records
- Manage paperwork and updates for maternity, paternity, sick leave, and HRDA forms
- Coordinate and participate in company events and employee engagement activities
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant HR experience will be considered an advantage
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with HR systems is a plus
- Basic understanding of Cyprus labor law and HR practices, willingness to learn and apply them
- Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor
