Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Product Owner to lead the development, evolution, and commercial success of our telecom products and services. Acting as the voice of both the customer and the business, you will ensure our propositions deliver outstanding customer experience while achieving strong commercial performance, including revenue growth, ARPU uplift, and churn reduction.

 

This role combines hands-on product ownership with strong market awareness, commercial insight, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams and partners to translate business needs into successful products, features, and customer journeys.

 

The Product Owner will report directly to the Senior Product Owner.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify market needs, customer insights, and growth opportunities to support product strategy and innovation.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and recommend timely responses to competitor launches and market trends.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps, proposing enhancements based on customer experience, ROI, and business priorities.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, defining and prioritising requirements that deliver clear customer and commercial value.
  • Drive products through the full lifecycle, from concept and design to launch, optimisation, and retirement.
  • Monitor product performance, including customer uptake, churn, revenues, and return on investment.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing, product improvements, and customer journey optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Customer Experience, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
  • Ensure frontline teams are fully prepared with training, FAQs, positioning, and sales support materials.
  • Plan and execute CRM initiatives to drive conversion, adoption, and ARPU growth.
  • Map, analyse, and continuously improve customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, usage, support, and renewal.
  • Act as a key link between commercial objectives and technical delivery, ensuring alignment, feasibility, and timely execution.
  • Influence stakeholders and work with external vendors or partners to support product evolution and innovation.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant technical or commercial field.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder management ability.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a proactive approach.
  • 3-4 years of experience in product ownership, product marketing, or commercial roles, ideally within services, telecoms, or FMCGs.
  • Good understanding of telecom technologies and commercial models is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management principles.
  • Experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI.
  • Ability to work autonomously while effectively coordinating across multiple teams.
