We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Project Management team and play a pivotal role in delivering business-critical initiatives that support the company’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
In this role, you will lead projects of varying scale and complexity, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Reporting directly to the Manager PMO & Online, you will contribute to strategic initiatives that have a measurable impact on the organization’s performance and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure adherence to deadlines, compliance with PMO governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address issues to maintain delivery momentum.
- Prepare and present accurate project updates to executive management and steering committees, highlighting risks and seeking guidance where required.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives through ongoing quality assurance.
- Act as a central point of coordination across multiple departments, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, promoting transparency, trust, and excellent customer service.
- Provide project leadership by influencing and aligning cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and shared ownership of project outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions, remove blockers, and support productive teamwork
- Organize and participate in project meetings, document and distribute minutes, actions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle for audit and review purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant senior-level professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar project coordination, project management, or PMO role.
- Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Monday) is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
