We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for RF planning and optimization, who is excited to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Perform LTE/NR RF network design, planning, optimization and troubleshooting activities
- Perform system dimensioning for coverage and capacity, including traffic analysis and coverage predictions
- Carry out drive testing activities to collect network data
- Provide post-processing analysis and reports of the drive test data
- Collect and analyse network KPIs, providing recommendations for improving overall QoS in the Cablenet Radio Network
- Generate performance reports and optimization recommendations for the elements in the Cablenet Radio Network
- Monitor and Report on Events and Faults occurring on the Cablenet Radio Network
- Handle Incident and Problem management related to service outages in the Cablenet Radio Network
- Perform verification and acceptance tests on new Radio Network elements
- Perform troubleshooting activities on Customer Complaints
- Report to the Senior Radio Planning and Optimization Engineer
Qualifications:
- BSc. and/or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of work experience in RF planning and optimization for NR/LTE/UMTS/GSM
- Knowledge in RF Planning and Drive Test tools
- Good understanding of the performance KPIs definition and their calculation method
- Previous working experience with at least one of the following equipment vendors: Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia
- Good understanding of Event and Faults associated with Radio Networks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
