We are looking for a dedicated and capable Receptionist to join a very busy veterinary practice in Limassol, working alongside a team of 13 vets, 12 vet nurses and administration staff. This is a demanding but deeply meaningful role, supporting anxious pet owners and helping care for much-loved animals.
This position is high-pressure and fast-paced, but you will be part of a supportive team of genuinely great people who care about each other and the work they do.
Languages:
- Fluent Greek and English – essential
- Russian – a strong advantage
The Role:
- The receptionist is the heart of our practice. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and maintaining all vets’ schedules, including consultations and surgery schedules
- Running a very busy reception and waiting room, assisting multiple clients at the same time with professionalism and empathy
- Handling phone calls, bookings, enquiries, and client support
- Ordering, managing, and monitoring stock, including:
- Medications
- Medical equipment
- Office supplies
- Shop items (food, toys, and related products)
- Supporting the smooth daily operation of a busy veterinary surgery
- Maintaining friendly, courteous, and professional communication with all clients at all times
Working Hours & Flexibility:
- This role requires flexibility, as the practice is open from 8am until 11pm and the weekly schedule is set to cover all those hours.

Salary:
- Starting salary: €1,200 – €1,400 NET, depending on experience and languages
- After two months, salary will be reviewed and increased to €1,500 – €1,700 NET if requirements are met
