We are currently seeking experienced Retention Agents to join a leading global Forex company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your communication skills and sales expertise will play a crucial role in driving client retention and contributing to the company’s ongoing growth.

Your Role:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of UK-based clients
• Proactively retain existing clients and onboard new ones
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
• Work closely with the marketing team on sales campaigns and strategies
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements
• Keep CRM systems updated with accurate client interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a Retention position at a Forex company
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and build long-term client relationships
• Solid knowledge of financial markets and trading products
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven
• A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory
