We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join us as Sales & Customer Service Agents (both part-time and full-time). If you are enthusiastic, friendly, and love working with people, we would love to meet you. This position is offered as a 1 Year Fixed-Term contract with the potential for renewal.

Responsibilities:
· Be the welcoming face of our brand by providing accurate and thorough information about our products and services.
· Support customers in person, over the phone, and via email to deliver an outstanding service experience.
· Inform customers about the great products and services we offer.
· Collect bills, issue invoices, check receipts, and reconcile the cash register for smooth daily operations.
· Work closely with colleagues to ensure every customer has a “World Class Service.”
· Keep our software system updated with accurate information.
· Contribute to meeting sales targets through a positive, goal-oriented approach.
· Inform the supervisor of customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
· Follow all store policies and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability.
· Handle and resolve any issues with a calm, customer-oriented approach.
· Keep up with industry trends, new products, and services.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma.
· Diploma or University Degree will be considered an advantage.
· Strong use of both Greek and English, both spoken and written.
· Computer skills and good handling of Microsoft Office.
· Strong selling skills are a must. We’re looking for individuals who are persuasive, enthusiastic, and customer oriented.
· Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
