We are looking for a strong VIP Manager who can build trusting relationships with High Value Players.
Responsibilities:
• Full management of VIP client portfolios
• Building long-term relationships with High Value Players
• Increasing retention rates and player LTV
• Upselling and cross-selling gaming products and VIP offers
• Individual management of bonuses, free spins, and cashback
• Analyzing player behavior and developing personalized retention strategies
• Reactivating dormant VIP clients
• Managing churn risk and churn management
• Negotiating with players via chat and phone
• Supporting players during promotional activities and tournaments
• Translating feedback into product and marketing
• VIP client deposits
• Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)
• Retention Rate
• Reactivation Rate
• VIP Lifetime Value (LTV)
• Upsell Revenue
We expect:
• VIP Manager / Retention Manager / Sales Manager experience in iGaming from 1 year years
• Experience working with High Rollers / High Value Players
• Understanding of key metrics: GGR / NGR / LTV / ARPU / Churn
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to handle objections
• Experience with CRM
• English from B2+ (other languages are a plus)
• Willingness to work with large checks and high-risk clients
• Stress resistance and proactivity
Working conditions:
