Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Business Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Nicosia. In this role, you will play a key part in managing project timelines and resources while working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure solutions are delivered seamlessly and meet customer requirements. Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate the implementation of multi-location and complex solutions for business customers.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and resources to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, projects and planning, pre-sales, engineering, operations and any other teams to deliver the solutions that meet client specifications. 
  • Work with pre-sales and technical teams to configure and customize services for unique business requirements. 
  • Identify delivery risks and ad-hoc costs in complex service delivery projects and proactively develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure and be able to report on real-time visibility into the status of multi-location projects.
  • Ensure customer needs are fully met upon project completion.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Analyse completed projects to identify areas for improvement in delivery processes. 

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications services, including voice, data, and cloud solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of network technologies (e.g., MPLS, SD-WAN, or VPN) and IT infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
